A Arch Valadares will rehabilitate the vacant pavilions, and consequently create a business park with capacity for 15 to 20 companies.
“The intention is to create a business park, given that the company has a significant area, around six hectares, with many buildings separated from each other. The idea is to renovate these buildings and implement a business park spread across two zones with different typologies.” – Henrique Barros
The northern manager expects the business park to accommodate between 15 and 20 companies, depending on their size. The plans include accommodating industrial companies of “some size” and also smaller service-providing or small-scale manufacturing companies.
“With the purchase of all the buildings of the old factory, the idea of creating a Business Park arose. We have a covered area of more than 60 thousand square meters, of which Arch occupies only an area of about 20 thousand square meters. It was necessary to take advantage of the unoccupied space” – Santos Silva
Five years is the expected period for completion of the three phases of the project. In addition, the project will create two thousand jobs when the work is completed.
